Shipping schedules, order policies, and live arrival information for livestock purchased from Macroalgae Farms.

How livestock orders are shipped

Livestock orders ship by FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight. Deliveries are scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday to reduce the risk of livestock being held in transit over a weekend.

Orders placed after the 8:00 AM Pacific cutoff move to the next available shipping day. Your available delivery date is selected during checkout.

Livestock is packed in insulated shipping materials, with heat or cold packs added when conditions call for them.

Live Arrival Guarantee

If livestock arrives deceased, submit a claim within 6 hours of the carrier's recorded delivery time. Clear photos or video of the affected specimen are required.

If something arrived DOA

Take a clear photo or video of the affected livestock, then submit the claim form within the required 6-hour window. Your order information and supporting documentation will be requested on the form.
