• All livestock sales are considered final.
• Due to the biological nature of live marine organisms, livestock cannot be returned once shipped.
• Livestock condition upon arrival is governed exclusively by the Live Arrival / DOA Policy.
• Macroalgae Farms does not guarantee livestock survival beyond the specific terms stated in the applicable DOA policy.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including shipping address, contact information, and order contents, are correct at the time of purchase.
• Macroalgae Farms is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
• Address correction fees, rerouting fees, or related carrier charges may be passed on to the customer when applicable.

• All livestock shipments are subject to the terms outlined in the Shipping Policy.
• Shipping services are considered completed once the carrier accepts the shipment for transport.
• Macroalgae Farms is not responsible for carrier delays, missed scans, routing issues, mechanical disruptions, weather delays, or other events outside our control.
• Shipping charges, insulated box charges, packaging charges, and related carrier fees are nonrefundable.

• Macroalgae Farms does not accept returns on livestock orders.
• Macroalgae Farms does not offer refunds on livestock orders except where explicitly required by law.
• Approved order cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation / restocking fee.
• Orders that have entered packing, label creation, or shipment preparation may not be eligible for cancellation.

Once livestock is removed from the original shipping bag or container and the acclimation process begins, responsibility for the health and survival of the livestock transfers to the customer.

• Improper acclimation techniques may cause livestock stress, injury, or mortality.
• Macroalgae Farms is not responsible for livestock losses resulting from acclimation methods, aquarium conditions, or tank compatibility.
• Livestock condition after acclimation is beyond our control and is not covered under the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their aquarium environment is suitable for the livestock being purchased.

• Improper water parameters, unstable systems, incompatible tankmates, inadequate husbandry, or unsuitable environmental conditions may result in livestock loss.
• Macroalgae Farms does not guarantee livestock survival after introduction into the customer’s aquarium.
• Livestock losses occurring after acclimation or introduction to the aquarium are not covered under the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a purchased organism is appropriate for their system, level of experience, livestock mix, and husbandry capabilities. Macroalgae Farms does not provide any warranty that a specific organism will thrive in a customer’s aquarium.

• Photos are representative unless a listing is explicitly marked as WYSIWYG.
• Due to natural biological variation, individual specimens may differ in size, color, branching pattern, body shape, extension, or growth form.
• Descriptions are provided in good faith, but natural variation does not constitute a basis for refund, return, or dispute.

Macroalgae Farms reserves the right to refuse service, decline orders, cancel transactions, delay shipment, or limit sales at our discretion if circumstances arise that may jeopardize livestock safety, violate store policies, or present unreasonable business or fraud risk.

Customers agree to contact Macroalgae Farms directly to attempt resolution before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a bank, card issuer, PayPal, or any other payment provider.

• Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting direct resolution may constitute a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Macroalgae Farms reserves the right to provide order records, tracking history, delivery confirmation, policy terms, claim documentation requirements, and any related evidence in response to a dispute.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported disputes may result in account restriction, cancellation of future orders, or additional recovery efforts where permitted by law.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to purchases from Macroalgae Farms, the use of this website, or these Terms & Conditions shall first be addressed through good-faith communication with Macroalgae Farms.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that the matter shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Macroalgae Farms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, shipment, acclimation, loss, or husbandry of any livestock or product purchased from this website.

Macroalgae Farms reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or continued purchases after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By placing an order with Macroalgae Farms, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all purchases are subject to these Terms & Conditions and all related store policies published on this website.
